Tour Details:

All equipment included – standard pedal cycle or e-bike, handlebar bag, and helmet.
All tours are guided by a Florida Master Naturalist Program certified guide.
We include a cold water bottle, snack, after-ride drink, and damp washcloth.
Riders needing special dietary requirements will need to bring their snack & beverages.
Riders must possess the ability to be in control while riding a two-wheel bicycle.
Helmets must be worn by all riders, with no exceptions.
Guides carry bicycle repair tools, tubes, first aid kits, air pumps, and cell phones.
All riders are required to complete a waiver.
Any rider refusing to complete a waiver will not be permitted to participate. No refund applies.
Any rider who doesn’t correctly fill out a waiver will not be considered part of the tour group.
Please do not ride with purses or large bags; backpacks and fanny packs are allowed.
There is a small handlebar bag for your camera, wallet, sunscreen, etc.
Items to bring/wear – camera, sunscreen, visor/hat, comfortable clothes appropriate for the current weather forecast, and closed-toed shoes are required.
Pedal Bicycle Tours: Name, heights, and men's/ladies' cycle preference are required 72 hours in advance & an additional $10.00 for each rider not submitted will be added.
No smoking or vaping on any of our tours.

Cancellation Details:

Tours will not be canceled due to light rain & rain ponchos are provided for each guest.
Tours may be canceled at the tour company’s discretion before the start due to forecasted heavy rain/lightning. In this case, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
If the client cancels the tour within 30 days before the event date, 100% of all contracted fees are due in full.

Tours are bookable in advance and available seven days per week.

Transportation to the off-site meeting point(s) is not included.

Resort cycling tours leave from the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort, Naples Beach Club Hotel, J. W. Marriott Marco Island, Naples Grande, Marco Island Hilton, & Crystal Shores Marco Island.

Exclusive tours for groups are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can put soft holds, no deposits required, on time slots with the first right of refusal.

Pedal CYCLE Tours:

We offer all four public tour locations: Old Naples, Marco Island, FL Everglades, and resort departure locations
Groups of 12 to 35 riders.
Everglades cycling from November to May; all other tours are available year-round.
All cycling tours include high-quality, geared, comfortable, properly sized bicycles (see photos), helmets, beverages in an eco-friendly recycled souvenir sports bottle, snacks, and a certified naturalist guide.

E-Bike Tours:

We offer two public city tour locations in Old Naples & Marco Island and resort departure locations.
Groups of 12 riders minimum and 26 riders maximum.
E-bike city tours are available year-round.
All e-bike tours include high-quality, pedal-assisted 350-watt Class 2 Denago Cruiser 1 e-bike, helmet, beverages, snacks, and a certified naturalist guide.
